Job Overview:

As a QA Engineer at Thesalonhype you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans conducting manual and automated tests and identifying and reporting any issues or bugs. Your attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute test plans and test cases for our digital platforms including our website and mobile app

- Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report any issues or bugs

- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues

- Monitor and track defects and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

- Continuously improve and optimize our testing processes and procedures

- Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them in our testing procedures

- Communicate test results and progress to the development team and other stakeholders

- Participate in the release process to ensure a smooth and error-free deployment of new features and updates

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing preferably in a web or mobile application environment

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes

- Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium JMeter or Postman

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Passion for quality and continuous improvement
