Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and organizing vacation plans

• Coordinate travel arrangements including cruises resorts accommodations and vacation packages

• Provide destination information and itinerary guidance

• Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details

• Respond to client inquiries via email phone or online communication platforms

• Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation

• Follow company procedures and industry standards

• Participate in training and mentorship sessions

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
