Job Summary

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) SNF Havre MT $95/hr 13 Weeks

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment at Northern Montana Health Center in Havre MT. This role primarily supports a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting with some outpatient exposure.

Start Date: May 20 2026
Schedule: 40 hours/week varied shifts

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments and functional limitations
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Improve mobility strength and overall quality of life
Document patient progress using Meditech EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Montana PT License (Required)
BLS Certification
Minimum 5 years of experience
Experience in SNF or rehab settings preferred
Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills

This is a travel position
In-state candidates must live 250 miles away to qualify
Background check and drug screen required
