A respected healthcare system in western Montana is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join its acute care team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive clinical environment.
The RN will be responsible for coordinating and delivering safe evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan. The role requires strong clinical judgment empathy and the ability to work in a dynamic acute care setting while supporting patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute care environment
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver compassionate therapeutic and evidence-based treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
- Ensure compliance with state nursing regulations and professional practice standards
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Work Schedule Options
Multiple openings are available with flexible scheduling options:
- Per Diem / On-Call - Variable shifts
- Part-Time - Day shift
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Montana
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of hire
- Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
Preferred Qualifications
- National certification in a nursing specialty area
