Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to develop execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue for the organization. This role is critical in connecting marketing strategy with measurable business outcomes and requires a blend of analytical skills creative thinking and marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across email digital advertising social media webinars events and other channels.

  • Create and manage lead nurturing programs to convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sales Product and Marketing teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.

  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and optimize based on insights.

  • Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Marketo Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).

  • Plan and manage budgets for demand generation campaigns.

  • Track key performance metrics (MQLs SQLs pipeline contribution ROI) and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

  • Conduct A/B testing segmentation and personalization to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

  • 4 years of experience in demand generation growth marketing or B2B marketing.

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS technology or B2B marketing.

  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.

  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (SQL Excel Tableau or equivalent).

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Salary: $95000 $135000 depending on experience and qualifications
