We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to develop execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue for the organization. This role is critical in connecting marketing strategy with measurable business outcomes and requires a blend of analytical skills creative thinking and marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across email digital advertising social media webinars events and other channels.

Create and manage lead nurturing programs to convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales Product and Marketing teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.

Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and optimize based on insights.

Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Marketo Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).

Plan and manage budgets for demand generation campaigns.

Track key performance metrics (MQLs SQLs pipeline contribution ROI) and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Conduct A/B testing segmentation and personalization to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

4 years of experience in demand generation growth marketing or B2B marketing.

Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS technology or B2B marketing.

Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.

Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (SQL Excel Tableau or equivalent).

Annual Salary: $95000 $135000 depending on experience and qualifications
