Construction Project
We are supporting a major construction programme in the Midlands that requires a Health & Safety Advisor to join the site team on a 12 month contract.
This is a hands-on site role where you will be working closely with operational teams to maintain strong safety standards across a busy construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the delivery of day-to-day site health & safety activities
Conducting site inspections audits and behavioural observations
Advising supervisors and subcontractors on safe working practices
Ensuring RAMS and permits are implemented effectively on site
Investigating incidents and supporting corrective actions
Promoting a proactive safety culture across the project team
Experience Required
Proven HSE experience on construction projects
Strong site presence with the confidence to challenge where needed
Ability to engage effectively with supervisors and subcontractors
NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
Experience working within principal contractor environments preferred
This is a 12 month contract offering strong continuity on a well-structured project.
