Our Client is offering an excellent opportunity in machinery sales industry. We are looking for a talent who will manage a team of service professionals to ensure high customer satisfaction operational efficiency and profitable service performance.
HEAD OF SERVICE OPERATIONS
Location: Budapest Hungary (with travel)
Industry: Machinery sales
THE JOB
- Lead and develop the service & customer service team (technicians workshop manager customer service people)
- Oversee repair maintenance and warranty service operations
- Manage & oversee customer relationships complaints and service contracts
- Monitor KPIs and service performance
- Plan and control the service department budget and profitability
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives
- Maintain strong collaboration with sales parts and finance teams
- Coordinate warranty processes and technical cooperation with manufacturers
THE PERSON
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Experience in construction agricultural or heavy equipment service
- 5 years leadership experience managing service teams
- Strong organizational communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- Fluent Hungarian & English required German is a plus
- Driving license (B) and willingness to travel
- A hands-on leader with strong technical understanding business mindset and passion for delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction.
