Position Summary:
Based at the new Shared Service Center in Budapest the Customer Service teamareresponsible for supporting our clients throughout the lifecycle includingadministration order management quotations master data.Customer ServiceRepresentativesprovide exceptionalcustomersupport promptly and accurately when responding to internal and external customer requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service experience to our external customersand internal stakeholdersin the field ofadministrationorder management quotations masterdata.
Processingandfollowup allrelevantrequestswithin the divisions guidelines liaisingwithpartnerfunctions (salesand commercialdistribution finance)tofulfill customers requests orresolve issuestoensuretimelyhandling ofenquiries.
BecomeproficientinCustomer Relationship Managementsystems.
Adhere tocompany policies operationalregulationsand departmental training guidelines.
Deliver on promiseondaily/weekly/monthlykey performance indicatormetrics.Engage in efficiency and productivity initiatives.
Work on assignments/projectsasrequired by business expectations.
Consistently apply and meet theprocessexpectationsanddemonstrateattention to operational detailsand leverage required computer systems tomaintainhigh levelof data accuracy and quality.
Maintainrelevantdaily customer service reports.
Assess individual customer requirements andifdirect activities to appropriatepartnerdepartments.
In order tomeet the seasonal requirements of the business it is advisable toparticipatein cross training and cross support activities which involve joining assignments to other customer service teams.

Competent Microsoft Office user.
Experience:
Relevant customer service experienceis preferredinanSSC/multinational/officeenvironmentbut freshgradsare also welcome.
Experience withERP systemspreferred but not essential.
Education:
Requires a high school diploma or a Government Body award.ABachelorsDegreeis preferred but not essential candidates with relevant experience and knowledge will also be considered.
Working Conditions:
This position requires repetitive typingand regular use of a computerplus multiple displays.
Most of the other physical demands are typicalwiththose associated with an office environment.
