Job Summary

The Role

The Reliability & Process Engineer leadshands-oncontinuous improvementprojectsandfacilitatesmaintenance strategies atthehigh-speedBeverageCan facility. You willbe analysing key performance data to optimiseequipment and asset reliability. The roleworks closely with the Engineering Lead oncapital projects andprovidestechnicalexpertiseto ensure site-wide safety quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse key process data to implement continuous improvement and reliability strategies.
Develop maintenance continuous improvement plans and procedures
Deliver capital projects and equipment installation ensuring timelines budget awareness and effective stakeholder communications.
Provide technical advice and support to the plant regarding equipment materials and manufacturing processes.
Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities utilising methods such as fishbone diagrams 5Ys etc.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance safety quality and productivity.
Ensure commitment to Safety Environmental and Quality systems while assisting in the development of autonomous work groups.

About You

Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Possess relevant experience in a similar role within the FMCG or process manufacturing sectors.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and reliability-centred strategies.
Exhibit the ability to work autonomously while effectively managing complex issues and data.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders from the shop floor to the management level.
An organized proactive self-starter with the ability to lead and execute projects.
