About the Role

Kick-start your engineering career with a dynamic role that blends technical expertise hands-on fieldwork and real project impact.

Were looking for a motivated Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing Brisbane team and contribute to delivering high-quality engineering solutions across diverse projects.

As a Graduate Engineer youll support the delivery of engineering services across areas including design documentation field investigations data analysis and reporting. Working under supervision youll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing strong foundations in both technical and professional skills.

Youll also build capability in project management coordination stakeholder communication scheduling cost control and client engagement - setting you up for long-term career growth.

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in engineering design analysis and documentation
• Support field investigations data collection and reporting
• Apply project management principles to deliver tasks on time and to standard
• Collaborate with internal teams contractors and suppliers
• Contribute to proposals and client-focused solutions
• Build strong professional relationships across projects

About You

Suitable applicants will be/have:

• Degree in Engineering (Geotechnical or related discipline)
• 12 years industry experience (or strong internship exposure)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret instructions and apply engineering principles in practice
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in standard engineering software and general computer applications
