Were looking for a motivated Graduate Geotechnical Engineer with one year of site investigation experience including soil and/ or rock logging to join our growing Brisbane team.

As a Graduate Engineer youll support the delivery of engineering services across areas including field investigations design documentation data analysis and reporting. Working under supervision youll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing strong foundations in both technical and professional skills.

Youll also build capability in project management coordination stakeholder communication scheduling cost control and client engagement - setting you up for long-term career growth.

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Support field investigations data collection and reporting
• Assist in engineering design analysis and documentation
• Apply project management principles to deliver tasks on time and to standard
• Collaborate with internal teams contractors and suppliers
• Contribute to proposals and client-focused solutions
• Build strong professional relationships across projects

About You

Suitable applicants will be/have:

• Degree in Engineering (Geotechnical or related discipline)
• 1 year of soil and/ or rock logging experience to AS1726
• Experience with compilation of factual reports
• Ability and willingness to travel for site works and work away from home base
• Class C drivers license
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret instructions and apply engineering principles in practice
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in standard engineering software and general computer applications
