Were looking for a Project Engineer to join the Engineering team at Tooheys Brewery delivering capital projects that improve how we brew package and deliver our beers.

This is a hands-on role where youll manage projects safely on time and within budget while partnering with teams across Brewing Packaging and Engineering to drive site improvements.

Working on a diverse range of impactful projects - this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their project leadership capability and engineering career.

What youll be doing

Leading end-to-end delivery of capital projects across brewing and packaging operations
Supporting New Product Development (NPD) initiatives by delivering equipment and process capability to the site
Delivering projects aligned to Lions capital project standards and engineering practices
Managing contractors suppliers and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
Ensuring all projects meet legislative safety and engineering standards

What were looking for

A degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Chemical or similar)
Project management experience delivering capital projects in manufacturing FMCG or industrial environments
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and align teams
The ability to manage multiple projects while keeping safety quality and timelines front of mind
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results
