Job Summary

Job Description:
Entry-level position assembling and finishing steel components by hand. This role involves operating hand tools and machinery to help fabricate precision products. Associates will assist with tasks such as cutting barrels to length facing tapering deburring and other detailed finishing work. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to perform meticulous work similar to fine mechanical or watchmaking tasks.
Employees may also operate manual lathes and milling machines as part of the manufacturing process.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Basic mechanical knowledge or experience with tools and equipment operation is preferred but not required.
Dress Code:
Standard manufacturing attire required. Closed-toe shoes required. Additional PPE will be provided as needed.
Safety / Hiring Requirements:
Must be able to pass a drug screen
No criminal history
Background check conducted directly with the customer
Work involves the use of hand tools and manufacturing firearm components (pistol barrels)
Hands-on detailed work environment
