Production Worker - 2nd Shift

Onsite Monday-Friday $23.00/HR Industrial Manufacturing

We are currently hiring 2nd Shift Production Workers for a full-time onsite opportunity in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on work supporting production operations and working as part of a team to keep manufacturing processes running efficiently. If you have experience in production warehouse operations machine support or general labor this is a strong opportunity for stable employment and long-term growth.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift
• Monday through Friday
• 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Full-time 8-hour shifts

Pay Rate

• Up to $23.00 per hour

Position Overview

The Production Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting production laborers preparing materials for processing helping with machine setup and ensuring equipment and packaging processes run smoothly.

This role requires strong attention to detail reliability and the ability to work in a physically active industrial environment. Candidates should be comfortable working around machinery handling materials and supporting multiple areas of the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist production laborers with daily manufacturing and production tasks
• Position parts and raw materials for machine processing
• Support machine setup and preparation for production runs
• Add coolant to machine reservoirs and lubricate machine components
• Help care for and maintain production machinery
• Perform feeding and off-bearing activities during machine operation
• Feed stock into machine hoppers and production equipment
• Transport finished products to designated areas
• Pack finished goods for shipment or further processing
• Load packaging machines with required materials
• Verify weights of filled containers coming from packaging or processing machines
• Remove foreign materials from items moving along conveyor belts
• Maintain a clean safe and organized production environment
• Perform additional production support duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in production manufacturing warehouse or general labor roles
• Previous experience in industrial or machine-based environments preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and support multiple production functions
