Labcorp is seeking a Document Specialist Lead to join our team at Graham NC.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Reporting Responsibilities
• Retarus download troubleshooting any discrepancies in receipts
• Fax Machine data maintain supplies
• AM/PM processing daily troubleshooting discrepancies learn how to identify and correct processing errors
• Mopath Inventory
• Client Mailing
• Working with RCMSS analyst to dissect Any Doc issues to prevent creating Heat tickets. Learn how to set up scan jobs for future projects.
• Assist with downloading and installing Any Doc across teams.
• Making forms family changes & additions
• Maintaining the commit workstations making sure they are running when they need to be.
• Receiving & assigning work to maintaining inventory levels
• Assisting/backing up other team leads. Cross training on other team leads tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of experience as a team or shift leader

Additional Job Standards

• Knowledge of Microsoft office for email word processing and maintaining spreadsheets

• Fast-paced deadline-driven environment requires the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Good organizational and time management skill

Pay Range:$ 17.75 - $21.00 per hour
