The employee will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in their region and must be able to work independently. This position will report directly to the Implementation Specialists Manager in Toronto Responsibilities Evaluate customer systems and procedures to best assist with the installation of equipment. Provide support on NRT equipment and services via phone email or in person. Interact with all levels of management and departments both internal and external. Conduct on-site and remote training of both technical and sales aspects of the products and services. Represent NRTs image and brand professionally at all times with customers and partners. Extensive travel up to 75%.Qualifications and Skills Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and/or comparable work experience. At least 2 years of experience in PC hardware software and network troubleshooting. Proficient with Windows OS platforms (PC and Server) and Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook). Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor at all times. Above average written and verbal communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of professional staff. Prior experience with casinos or the development of products for the gaming industry is an asset.
