The Education Program Manager is responsible for facilitating and coordinating all education and program activities including but not limited to program planning special events daily operations and budgeting and regulatory aspects.
1. Implements and facilitates all program activities including program planning and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
2. Submits documentation to regulatory agencies and accrediting authorities and communicates any relevant information relating to the program as required.
3. Coordinates and facilitates data collection project evaluation and scholarship among legislative areas with associated directors. Monitors and reports on activities and progress.
4. Collaborates with administration faculty students and external partners to integrate activities throughout all other Mount Sinai programs.
5. Organizes regular program meetings and may create and manage a calendar of events.
6. Assists in the managing and developing of the program budget. Maintains the projected and final budgets and may follow up on all invoice/payment requests if applicable.
7. Communicates essential aspects of the program to appropriate staff as needed which may include keeping faculty and students up to date on legal requirements internal processes and relevant conferences and meetings.
8. Prepares post program summaries analyzing costs successes and areas for improvement and submits materials to CME when applicable.
9. May coordinate special events as related to the program including Grand Rounds and fundraising events.
10. May coordinate correspondence advertisement catering and space arrangements handouts applications guest lists and travel for outside speakers.
11. Performs other duties as required.
