About the Position:
Epic Physician Staffing is looking for a( Recruiter who will be responsible for is responsible for managing the entire Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) from sourcing and interviewing to placement. Additionally this role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with COAs to ensure a positive candidate experience and support redeployment efforts.

Epic Physician Staffing focuses on the placement of advanced practitioners and physicians in the Operating Room and Surgical Suite.
What Youll Do:
Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies client needs and methods that will achieve the highest order fill rates.
Provide input on the enhancement of systems process flow or benefits.
Leverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels.
Utilize various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
Create and post job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
What Youll Bring:
Two years of recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
Professional and technical expertise in business functions and understanding of services provided by the company.
Knowledge of specialized technologies that proactively accomplish business needs with afocus on customers by engaging in dialogues.
Salary: $50000 Annually
