The Opportunity
We are seeking motivated healthcare recruiters who value autonomy flexibility and unlimited earning potential.
This fully remote 1099 independent contractor role can be structured as:
Full-time
Part-time
A second income stream
In this role you will recruit and place allied health professionals in travel contract and direct hire positions while building long-term clinician relationships.
Trinity will provide active job orders allowing you to focus on sourcing and placing candidates. We currently have over 200 Job Openings.
Compensation
60% commission on placement fees
No income cap
Unlimited earning potential
Responsibilities
Source and recruit allied health professionals nationwide
Manage travel contract and direct hire openings
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements
Allied Healthcare recruiting experience
Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a commission-based structure
Recruiters operate as independent contractors and typically use their own sourcing tools and platforms.
