We are currently searching for a Identity & Access Management (IAM) Special:
Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill user access requests including mailboxes group memberships and service accounts within defined SLAs and security policies.
- Execute provisioning and deprovisioning activities via Saviynt IGA ensuring accurate entitlement mapping to SAP systems (ECC S/4HANA BW GRC).
- Perform access validation and troubleshooting for failed provisioning jobs connector issues and sync discrepancies between Saviynt and SAP.
- Ensure compliance with access governance controls maintaining audit readiness rigorous documentation and ticket hygiene.
- Support the user access review (UAR) process including remediation and reporting.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring access issues and propose process improvements.
- Manage directory services lifecycle across Active Directory (AD) and integrated email systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Access Governance.
- Hands-on expertise with Saviynt IGA platform.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP access management (ECC S/4HANA and/or GRC).
- Experience with Active Directory (AD) provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Solid understanding of Access Control Frameworks and audit compliance.
- Ability to perform technical troubleshooting of failed access syncs and connector issues.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Advanced Spanish.
