Project Management Engineer

In your day to day activities youll work with multiple customers as a consultant and trusted partner in Sandalwoods areas of expertise of Injury Prevention Systems Engineering & Systems Integration. Tasks assigned / Work priorities:

Component Validation.

• Layout Support
• Supplier Coordination
• Administrative Technical Support
• Inventory Management
• Project Tracking
• BOM Management
• Importation Support
• Material Reception
• Shutdown Support
• Compliance Check

• Project Management skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Capability to coordinate actions to achieve results
• Strong Negotiation skills to drive timing targets
• Communicate with team members and coordinate activities to solve problems
• Computer skills in MS Office suite: Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook
• Fluent written and spoken technical English

Education:

• Bachelor on Engineering with project management experience

Tasks assigned / Work priorities:

• Meet Program Deliverables on time and schedule
• Provide regular (daily weekly etc.) Tracking Status to the designated Team Leader
• Elaborate plans including budgets estimates timing and participants
• Attend designated meetings to provide status reports
• Write scope of work review evaluate bids select subcontractors and delegate work
• Teamwork proactive with sense of urgency & customer service attitude to drive customer satisfaction (internal & external)
