Position Summary:
The Floor Manager is responsible for supervising the dailyoperations of the service floor to ensure exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service hours.
- Oversee floor operations to ensure seamless and efficient guest experience.
- Monitor staff performance provide coaching and assist with on-the-job training.
- Manage floor setup cleanliness organization and readiness for service.
- Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow.
- Lead daily briefings to communicate specials promotions and important updates.
- Handle seating arrangements table assignments and reservation flow.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards always.
- Assist in the management of floor supplies and report any maintenance needs.
- Encourage upselling and suggestive selling among staff to maximize revenue.
- Manage conflict resolutions among staff or customers when necessary.
- Provide reports on floor performance guest feedback and operational challenges to senior management.
