Maintaining confidential records and documentation
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Have experience working in pastoral support welfare or a similar role ideally within a school
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be compassionate approachable and professional
Understand safeguarding and child protection procedures
Be organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Work collaboratively with staff pupils and external agencies
