Job Summary

Role Summary: Responsible for leading teams of Research Analysts and Executives while overseeing data quality and process automation. The role focuses on setting priorities maintaining high data accuracy and implementing Generative AI and NLP solutions to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Data Quality Management

Manage two or more teams of Research Analysts/Executives setting KPIs and holding members accountable to work schedules.
Establish and enforce operating standards for data coding and sentiment quality to ensure client specifications are met.
Conduct data volume monitoring and relevancy reviews to minimize data irrelevance.
Identify training needs and lead recruitment for new team members.

Automation & Process Innovation

Implement process automation using Generative AI and NLP solutions to increase team capacity and reduce manual man-hours.
Oversee the technical integration of automation scripts (Python Javascript VBA and Apps Script) within research workflows.
Develop new business-driven solutions in a big data environment to automate manual data processing tasks.

Workflow & Resource Management

Assign job orders from Sales and Account Management ensuring proper resource allocation and task prioritization.
Monitor team progress across all project stages to ensure deadlines and quotas are met.
Augment team capacity during peak periods by taking on excess workload to ensure streamlined task completion.
Continuously review and improve work processes to maximize team utilization.

Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in managing research teams and overseeing data-heavy operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in or oversight of automation scripting languages (Python Javascript VBA or Apps Script).
Domain Knowledge: Experience in data coding sentiment analysis and the application of GenAI/NLP in a research context.
