Key Responsibilities: Diagnose troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems including furnaces boilers air conditioners heat pumps and mini-splits Perform routine maintenance tune-ups inspections and safety checks Use testing instruments to evaluate refrigeration pressures electrical components combustion efficiency and airflow Provide clear explanations of issues repair options and system performance to customers Document findings parts used recommendations and work performed Respond to dispatched service calls promptly and maintain professional communication with office staff Maintain tools equipment and service vehicle in proper working order Follow all safety procedures codes and best practices Qualifications: Experience as an HVAC service technician (residential or commercial) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Solid understanding of mechanical electrical and refrigeration principles EPA 608 and OSHA 10 certification Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs. work in tight spaces attics and basements Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and job documentation Preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years maintenance experience Experience with high-efficiency equipment boilers hydronics or advanced controls NATE certification Familiarity with service management software (e.g. ServiceTitan FieldEdge Housecall Pro)
