Tasks

About the role

As an Upsell Agent you are the main point of contact for existing customers and ensure they get the most out of their current security solutions. You identify opportunities respond to individual needs and offer suitable additional products or services. With your communication skills and service-oriented mindset you contribute to customer satisfaction and increased revenue.

Your responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities: Analyze customer needs and determine where additional products or services can add value.
• Maintain customer contact: Conduct outbound calls to discuss customer needs and present suitable solutions.
• Present products/services: Clearly explain available options and the benefits they offer.
• Negotiate and close deals: Convince customers negotiate terms and successfully finalize sales.
• Follow up and ensure satisfaction: Provide a smooth customer experience and proactively address any questions or concerns.
• Administrative tasks: Accurately log customer information and call results in the appropriate systems.
• Achieve targets: Work actively toward meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Requirements

Youre the ideal candidate if:

• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English.
• You have excellent communication skills active listening and a strong sense of customer relations.
• You handle objections well and know how to turn proposals into concrete solutions.
• You feel comfortable with phone communication and love finding solutions. Motivation matters more than experience!
• You are proactive results-oriented and enjoy exceeding goals.
• You stay calm and professional even in challenging situations.
