TEAM
You will join the Revenue department made up of nearly 35 people whose mission is to generate sustainable growth by supporting strategic accounts through complex sales cycles with high business impact.
Your team AE Iberia is composed of 6 persons. Its role is to grow a portfolio of multi-location clients and prospects through a structured collaborative full-cycle approach working closely with Partoos BDR Sales Ops and Customer Success teams.
You will report directly to Raquel Montero our Head of AE Iberia.
MISSIONS
As a Senior Account Executive youll play a key role in accelerating our growth by closing high-impact deals delivering real value to local businesses and strengthening our brand presence in Spain.
Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges of each business and demonstrate how Partoos solutions solve real problems.
End-to-End Sales Ownership: From discovery to demo to closing youll own the full sales cycle.
Strategic Prospecting: Youll work in partnership with BDRs to target high-potential accounts across Spain.
Multi-Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with CMOs Heads of E-Commerce and Retail/Field Ops teams to drive decisions.
Collaboration: Partner with CSM Product Marketing Legal and Finance to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth.
Sales Discipline: Use tools like Salesforce MEDDIC and custom playbooks to manage your pipeline and forecast accurately.
EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
Languages: native in Spanish with professional fluency un English (Portuguese is a plus)
Seniority: at least 6 years of experience
Location / remote policy scope: Barcelona hybrid remote policy
Strong closing skills and experience selling to multi-site businesses or large accounts
Prospection skills
Analytical structured and process-driven with a good command of CRM (Salesforce)
Comfortable selling accross stakeholders (Marketing Ops C-Level) and building long-term trust
Eager to be part of an international and growing team

COMPENSATION
Proposed Package : 57 000 - 80 000K per Year
Our compensation grids are built using the Figures tool based on an internally defined career path with a strong focus on fairness across teams.
A quarterly 360 feedback is conducted with your manager complemented by an annual compensation review based on performance and behavior.
