What youll be doing

As our Collection Manager Consumer Credit youll be the person who owns and evolves our end-to-end collection strategy across consumer lending products with a strong focus on data segmentation and AI-driven decisioning.

Heres what your day-to-day will look like:

• Design and execute data-driven collection strategies Leveraging advanced analytics and predictive models to design collection strategies tailored to different risk profiles and product types.

• Develop AI-powered collection approaches Driving the adoption of AI to enhance next-best-action logic predictive contact strategies and intelligent prioritization of accounts.

• Personalize customer engagement & tone of voice Defining and implementing differentiated communication strategies adapting tone channel and timing based on customer behavior.

• Optimize performance and ROI Owning key collection KPIs (recovery rates roll rates cost-to-collect) ensuring all initiatives are measurable and ROI-positive.

• Guarantee service levels and compliance Ensuring all collection activities meet defined SLAs and regulatory requirements balancing effectiveness with fairness.

• Manage stakeholders and ecosystem Collaborating closely with Finance Product Data and Legal teams while managing external partners like collection agencies.

• Deep experience in Consumer Credit & Collections You have 7 years of experience in collections within consumer lending (e.g. BNPL unsecured/secured credit).

• Fintech Banking or Finance Background Previous experience in a Fintech environment modern Banking or Financial Services.

• Knowledge of SEPA Framework Familiarity with SEPA payment schemes and regulations is considered a strong plus.

• Strong Data & Analytical Mindset Highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets and segmentation models to drive decisions.

• AI & Innovation Orientation Experience with AI applications in collections such as predictive scoring or automated decisioning.

• Strategic Thinking & Execution Ability to design sophisticated strategies while ensuring flawless operational execution.

• Customer-Centric Approach Understanding how to influence customer behavior through tailored communication and channel optimization.
