As a senior digital product manager you will be at the forefront of driving the development and enhancement of our digital products. You will lead the coordination of product requirements to product managers and product owners collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy prioritize features and ensure successful execution of our digital roadmap. Qualifications

5 years of experience in digital product management

Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering digital products or services that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire motivate and empower team members to achieve their full potential.

Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices with experience in leading agile product teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Attributes

Experience in directed spend healthcare related finance or bill pay is preferred

Experience in writing functional requirements & working with design leads to create dev requirements to deliver feature/functionality

Experience in Jira & understanding of Figma (does not need to know how to create in figma just navigate)

Minimum of 3 rounds of interviews - HR interview Product Interview Design Interview

Interviews will not be technical or require any case studies

Interviewee will be asked typical interview questions and may be asked to walk through specific scenarios to understand product knowledge and product skillset
