Job Summary (eServices Management Analyst 3)
- Analyze eServices programs services policies and processes to identify efficiency improvements.
- Serve as liaison between IT internal business units and external software vendors.
- Provide customer service and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Compile prepare and present regular operational and analytical reports.
- Assist with or lead moderately complex management studies and special projects.
- Perform quality assurance testing for system enhancements or technical issues.
- Support business users in understanding system functionality and troubleshooting problems.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Utilize tools such as XML Altova XMLSpy SQL MS SQL Server Azure DevOps and MS Office suite.
- Apply knowledge of public administration business processes and automated information systems.
- Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving organizational communication and customer service skills.
- Work primarily remotely with occasional required in-office days and in-person interviews.
- Must be a local candidate available to start within 2 weeks of offer and meet all eligibility requirements.
