The Opportunity
Our client is opening a brand-new solo childrens home in Saddleworth Oldham. This is an opportunity to join the service from the very beginning and become part of a small consistent team supporting one young person with complex needs.
Working within a solo home allows staff to provide focused relationship-based support. The team will play an important role in creating a safe structured and nurturing environment where the young person can feel secure develop trust and make positive progress.
The Role
As a Residential Support Worker you will support the young person in all aspects of their daily life. This includes helping to create a stable home environment supporting routines promoting independence and responding to emotional and behavioural needs in a calm and consistent way.
You will work as part of a small team to provide safe high-quality care while maintaining accurate records supporting care plans and ensuring safeguarding and professional standards are always maintained.

Salary Breakdown

You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent).
Candidates with only HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.
Individuals with only CQC experience who have not worked in an Ofsted-registered childrens home will not be considered.
