Job Position Summary | Ensures end-to-end delivery of programs and projects to meet customer needs and responsible for customer relationships across span of control. for multiple geography |
Key responsibilities | 1. Provide leadership to delivery managers project managers business analysts and localization teams. 2. Drive localization activities to meet aggressive schedules and timelines while maintaining the highest bar of quality and a focus on exceeding customer expectations 3. Work closely with the Domestic and international sales team in creating client proposals and with the executive team in developing new delivery services. 4. Facilitate communication upward and across project teams including project status justifications for variances and technical & linguistic information. 5. Ensure all processes and procedures both internal to the team and interaction with other teams are followed and work to improve whenever appropriate and necessary. 6. Identify training needs of the team. Plan and execute a structured approach to enhancing the skill level and productivity levels of the team. 7. Monitor projects revenue yield per employee and customer engagement to drive on-time delivery project profitability quality and customer satisfaction. 8. Should have a Hands-on approach & should be able to roll up the sleeves & get hands dirty in case of emergency to ensure client satisfaction 9. Should be able to setup automation & use of AI-ML techniques for better quality & faster delivery. |
Desired Qualification / certifications | Graduate in any discipline PMP etc. certification preferred though not essential Some level of expertise or knowhow of at least one language other than English & mother tongue is preferable |
Preferred relevant work experience | 12 years of experience in in localization project management serving of multiple clients across geographies and language requirements with 3-4 years of experience as Program Manager. Should have led a team of 8-12 members in the last 4-5 years. |
