Job Position Summary

The Sales Head – Localization will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding the company’s localization services across global markets. The role involves developing strategic sales plans acquiring new clients managing key accounts and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets in the localization and language services domain.

Key responsibilities

1. Experience in Manual testing Automation testing Integration testing Regression testing

2. Experience in programming languages like Python Java C Java script

3. Experience in writing test cases test scripts

4. Should know how to report a bug. (Jira and Bugzilla)

5. Experience in Linguistic testing Localization testing

6. Should have good command over Kannada language Grammar reading speaking writing and Typing (Nudi or any transliteration keyboard).

7. Should be able to identify the mistakes in the Kannada sentences

8. Manual localization testing on software documents help and hardware items

9. Reporting issues and providing pertinent information

10. Cross-functional collaboration with international teams

Desired Qualification / certifications

Graduate in any discipline PMP etc. certification preferred though not essential

Some level of expertise or knowhow of at least one language other than English & mother tongue is preferable

Skills and knowledge

* The candidate must be a native Kannada person (Resident of Karnataka from Kannada medium school)

*It is an onsite Job and the location is Hyderabad

* The candidate will have to appear for a translation test

* There will be 4-5 rounds of interview

* There will be a live typing translation and bug reporting test during the interviews

* Bug reporting knowledge using systems like Jira and Bugzilla

* Native language proficiency with native keyboard

* Extra skills: scripting/automation expertise translation experience

What Testers Do:

1. Linguistic Testing: Spelling grammar clipping inconsistency Style and issues

2. Functionality Testing: Verify correct behavior and functionality in native language

3. Localizability Testing: Identify language-specific bugs and suggest solutions
