This is a critical enterprise leadership role with a clear mandate to reposition Direct Lending as a meaningful growth engine across MyState Bank and Auswide Bank.

Direct Lending has not received the focus or investment it deserves and has historically played a secondary role to broker channels. This position exists to change that. You will be trusted to challenge the status quo modernise the direct channel and deliver material improvements in growth customer acquisition and long-term channel performance.
The Opportunity
As Head of Direct Lending you will shape the future of our direct-to-consumer home lending channel across MyState Bank and Auswide Bank.
This role is about chasing the better:
You will lead a team of around 25 and work collaboratively across Marketing Digital Product Risk and Technology because at MyState we collaborate to win.
