The Director of Safety Quality and Clinical Education provides strategic leadership for clinical governance patient safety quality improvement and clinical workforce capability across Maryborough District Health Service.
The role is responsible for developing implementing and monitoring systems that ensure safe high-quality and person-centred care. This includes oversight of clinical risk management accreditation consumer engagement clinical education and continuous improvement programs.
The Director works closely with the Executive Team clinical leaders and external stakeholders to embed a strong culture of safety accountability and learning across the organisation.
