Job Summary
As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Market Operations as a part of Commercial & Investment Banking you ensure end-to-end transaction management is completed on time with thorough exception resolution and client inquiry handling. You provide subject matter expertise to clients while supporting daily regulatory reporting and remediation activities. You contribute to continuous process improvement and automation to elevate efficiency controls and client experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives across workflows
• Manage responsibilities independently with minimal supervision

• Document processes and controls to ensure audit readiness and consistency
• Collaborate across Market Operations and partner teams to remove obstacles
• Analyze transaction flows to reduce breaks and enhance data integrity
• Escalate high-impact issues with context root cause and remediation plans
• Continuously refine procedures to improve efficiency and client outcomes
