Job Summary

An experienced MEAL Consultant providing end-to-end support across the full project lifecycle from design through close-out.

The consultant specializes in developing robust MEAL frameworks performance monitoring systems data collection tools evaluation methodologies and institutional learning mechanisms for NGOs development partners and donor-funded programs.

With strong expertise in results-based management (RBM) logical frameworks theory of change development and data quality assurance the consultant supports organizations in strengthening accountability improving evidence-based decision-making and demonstrating measurable impact

Requirements

Masters Degree in development studies Statistics Project Management Public Policy & Evaluation Social Research methods and other related fields with a minimum working experience of 10 years.

Bachelors Degree in development studies Statistics Project Management Public Policy & Evaluation Social Research methods and other related fields with over 12 years working experience.
