Job Summary
A seasoned Governance and Leadership Consultant with extensive experience conducting institutional governance audits board effectiveness assessments and leadership performance reviews across corporate public sector and not-for-profit organizations.
The consultant specializes in strengthening board oversight structures clarifying governance frameworks enhancing strategic alignment and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
With a strong foundation in corporate governance principles risk oversight and organizational leadership systems the consultant provides independent evidence-based assessments designed to enhance accountability transparency and strategic performance. Should have a background working with NGOs.
Requirements
Masters Degree in Public Administration Political Science Business Administration Governance & Policy studies organizational leadership and other related fields with a minimum of 10 years working experience.
OR
Bachelors Degree in Public Administration Political Science Business Administration Governance & Policy studies organizational leadership and other related with over 12 years of working experience.
