Job Summary
An experienced Human Resource Management Consultant specializing in comprehensive HR audits for NGOs donor-funded programs and mission-driven organizations.
The consultant conducts independent assessments of HR systems staff policies recruitment processes capacity development frameworks and safeguarding compliance to ensure alignment with labor laws donor requirements and international best practice standards.
With strong experience in governance-linked HR oversight safeguarding compliance and organizational capacity strengthening the consultant supports NGOs in building accountable ethical and high-performing workforce systems.
Requirements
Masters Degree in Human Resource Management Industrial/Organizational Psychology Business Administration Social Work Labor relations and other related fields with a minimum of 10 years working experience.
OR
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Industrial/Organizational Psychology Business Administration Social Work Labor relations and other related fields with over 12 years working experience.
