Description:
As a sales leader of Captive business in India you will be responsible for managing and achieving the overall bookings target for your portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Formulating and executing GCC sales strategy in collaboration with business unit heads based on market analysis customer & prospect insights and competitive landscape.
Build and prioritize the list of existing MNC clients to target in collaboration with the global business unit Sales heads.
Build the India GCC sales team with planning at Tier 1 India city level based on the target client list.
Collaborate with Tech Sales and offering leaders to enable necessary support required for selling to GCC Client.
Drive mentor and coach commercial team including Niche Sellers to meet their targets
Play a crucial role in grooming the team about significant industry factors such as competitive trends regulations customer needs and pricing.
