Major Accountabilities:
Responsible for leading automative SiC/IGBT Power Switch (Module) development from R&D to mass production including pre-research design & verification technical implementation development progress handling and mass production implementation
Responsible for collaborating with wafer suppliers to customize IGBT/SiC Die development and solve technical and process issues in development
Responsible for handling verification plan of electrical performance and reliability validation from R&D to mass production and solving issues in electrical characteristics thermal characteristics and reliability validation
Collaborate with teams in electrical simulation to ensure that performance on the design path complies with theoretical targets
Collaborate with teams in development and optimization of new products with well ability cross-function collaboration
Collaborate with teams in evaluation of advance technologies in packaging and chip development.
Major Qualifications:
Masters degree or above majoring in Power Electronics Electrical Engineering Microelectronics Semiconductor physics etc
Candidates with 5 years or more experience in automative SiC/IGBT Power Switch (Module) development (Dual side cooling modules...)
Familiar with the working principle of Inverter the application of Power Switch (Module) in Inverter and related driver circuit design.
Familiar with the working principle of IGBT/SIC Power Switch (Module) with in-depth understanding of structural layout design key material characteristics key process characteristics and technological development trends will be priority
Familiar with IGBT/SIC Die characteristics in electrical-wise structural layout design electrical simulation wafer fabrication process test application and with basic understanding of semiconductor/device physics will be priority
Basical understanding in common failure analysis methods and common packaging processes for Power Switch (Module).
Basical understanding in simulation software (Saber Ansys etc.) or other mainstream simulation tools
Well English skills in written and oral communication.
