Job Summary

Mid-Level to Senior Interior Designer(Constantia Nek)

A prestigious luxury hospitality environment is seeking a talented MidSenior Interior Designer to join their team. This role is ideal for a creative and technically strong designer who has experience delivering high-end hospitality spaces and managing projects from concept through to completion.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and maintaining the aesthetic standards of a 5-star hotel environment ensuring that all interiors reflect exceptional quality functionality and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute interior design concepts from initial brief through to final installation
Produce detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Compile and manage comprehensive specification sheets
Source furniture finishes and materials aligned with design intent and project budgets
Liaise with suppliers contractors and consultants throughout project execution
Oversee installations and ensure work is delivered to the highest standards
Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables
Collaborate with and guide junior team members where required

Requirements

35 years experience in the interior design industry preferably within hospitality or luxury environments
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Solid understanding of technical drawings and detailing
Proven experience compiling specification sheets
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
