What will you do

• Curate bespoke travel itineraries and lifestyle experiences for high-net-worth clients
• Manage a wide range of member requests related to luxury travel dining events and cultural experiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers partners and service providers worldwide
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple requests simultaneously
• Handle inquiries through phone email and digital platforms in a professional and efficient manner
• Identify opportunities to promote and sell premium lifestyle and travel services
• Ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of service excellence and professionalism

Requirements:

• Professional-level language skills in Danish (CEFR C2) written and spoken
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality luxury retail concierge services travel leisure customer service or call center environments
• Background in luxury travel hotels and resorts VIP concierge services account management or similar sectors is highly advantageous
• Experience with GDS systems is desirable
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with members suppliers and partners professionally
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Passion for travel luxury lifestyle gastronomy events and culture
• Service-oriented mindset with flexibility and the ability to perform under pressure
• Natural sales ability and experience promoting travel or lifestyle services
• Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts including some weekends
• Based in the United Kingdom Spain South Africa or Norway with the ability to work in a hybrid or remote setup including a secure home office and reliable internet connection
