Job Summary
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll own day-to-day site operations and keep projects moving. Youll lead crews coordinate subcontractors and make sure everything is delivered safely on time and to a high standard.
What youll be doing:
- Leading site crews and setting the pace on-site
- Keeping projects on track on budget and up to standard
- Coordinating people sites and materials
- Interpreting plans and making sure the job is done right first time
- Building strong relationships with clients and the wider team
Qualifications :
About You
Youre a practical experienced leader who enjoys being on-site and getting stuck in.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in civil or utilities
- Strong focus on health & safety and quality delivery
- Confident reading plans and making decisions on the ground
- A hardworking down-to-earth attitude with a good sense of humour
- Someone your team respects and enjoys working with
- Full drivers licence - willingness to travel to sites
