Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor wishing to join our talented Banquets team here at Pullman Auckland. Do you have a genuine passion for delivering wonderful hospitality experience to our guest Are you passionate about all things Food & Beverage If so look no further!
As a F&B Supervisor your main responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department
- Overseeing the operations of Banquets conference and event functions
- Collaborate with the events team to coordinate logistics including room setup guest requirements and event timelines.
- Monitor guest satisfaction during events and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests
- Lead and supervise the team on duty ensuring the delivery of friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge and 5-star service standards ensuring a consistently high level of service.

To be successful in your application you must:
- Be amazing - have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality
- Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts including late nights public holidays and weekends
- Show initiative - you are approachable team player and you can think outside of the box.
- Two years experience in a supervisory role
- Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests
- Current LCQ certificate First Aid Certified and Managers Certificate for Alcohol Licensing
- Ability to work well under pressure think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions
- Prior Banquets & Food and Beverage experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
- Exceptional grooming and articulate in communication.
