Qualifications :
Minimum 8 years of marketing experience including 4 years in campaign management or a similar role.
2 years experience of managing other marketing professionals
Proven track record in leading marketing calendar and aligning cross-market teams.
Strong analytical skills focused on market dynamics and campaign performance metrics.
Strategic thinker with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
Proficient in managing commercial teams and optimizing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
Experienced in designing and implementing campaign frameworks that deliver consistent growth.
Leadership and communication skills for cross-functional and regional collaboration.
