This role guarantees managing developing and improving the sales results and operational execution of all National Accounts.
Implement the Companys sales policy adapting it to the clients situation; defend PVPs negotiate net invoice amounts introduction of new products develop annual activity calendar set annual JBP Meetings develop other projects (e.g. Management by Category); etc.
Achieve the annual volume objectives pre-established by the Company based on the companys sales and promotional policy.
Deals with large accounts and oversees the expansion of sales implementing the perfect sales strategy within the channel and organizing visits to current and potential clients.
Frequent visits to warehouses within Turkey for business & customer relationship development.
Preparation of sales forecasts for the client.
Regularly manage each clients budget seeking maximum payback for each action.
Close follow-up of both category & competition within the sector.
To analyze the coffee and tea market in Turkey and the sales activities of the competitors in the market staying competitive in the National Key Accounts clients.
Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience in field sales modern trade account management preferably in an international FMCG company
- Ability to manage a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment
- Strong influential skills very good communicator able to fully engage key stakeholders for implementing JDE strategies and deliver stretch business results
- Accurate flexible thinking time management skills high analytical skills
- Team player hands-on proactive excellent communication skills independent/self-starter eager to learn and further develop act with a sense of urgency
- Fluency in English
