Job Summary
This role will be based in Atlanta Bellevue Chicago Carpinteria Detroit New York City Omaha Sunnyvale San Francisco or Washington D.C.

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team in contributing to the development and implementation of region-wide compensation strategies practices and this role youll play a key part in managing and evolving compensation programs by leveraging data market insights and cross-functional collaboration to drive informed decision-making. Youll partner closely with stakeholders across HR Finance and business teams to deliver analytics streamline processes and support year-end and ongoing compensation cycles. This is a highly dynamic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on analytics with program management in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Project management of company wide compensation programs
- Defining and documenting project plans work flows.
- Provide analytics support for compensation programs as needed
- Provide communications support for compensation programs
- Special projects involving data analytics
- Partnering with comp team to align on projects/global initiatives
- Providing improvement insights using improvement methodologies and tools
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in related field
- 2 years of program/project management ideally in compensation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel)
- Thorough communication interpersonal and analytical skills
- Project/Program management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and software
- Ability to effectively manage time prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

The pay range for this role is $71000 to $115000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
