Our program is structured to help you identify your focus provide tailored training sessions to build and strengthen your technical and soft skills to help accelerate your personal and professional career development.
You can explore a broad range of career pathways in areas across different areas of the will also have the opportunity to join our Indigenous Mentoring Program where you will be tailor matched to mentors across the business.
Our Indigenous Careers Team in partnership with the Grad Programs Team will be there to support you throughout your journey from application through to program completion.
Program Eligibility
You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait IslanderAND you are in your final year of study of a university degree OR completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree no more than 3 years ago.

Step 1: Online Application
Complete our simple online application (approximately 10 minutes). Submit your resume and academic transcript in PDF or Word format.
Step 2: Online Assessments
If your application progresses youll be invited to complete online psychometric assessments within 48 hours.
Step 3: Video Interview & Assessment Centre
If your application progresses youll be invited to complete a video interview. Shortlisted candidates will then attend an assessment centre. These stages of the process give us the opportunity to learn more about your motivations strengths and what makes up your Uncommon Mind.
