What Youll Do:
- Lead and develop service and back-shop teams to meet sales and productivity goals.
- Recruit hire and train staff to maintain strong staffing and service levels.
- Oversee daily shop operations including workflow safety and customer satisfaction.
- Train associates on customer careCVIs and store systems.
- Manage store performance inventory visual standardsPOS operations and vendor relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and fairly.
- Perform key holder duties including opening and closing procedures.
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college or technical program preferred.
- 1 year automotive management experience
- Strong customer service communication and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to lead mentor and develop a team.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to work days holidays and weekends.
Physical Demands:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequent standing walking bending kneeling and climbing ladders.
- Operate a vehicle safely and work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
