.Responsibilities
Support daily parts department operations and workflow
Supervise and assist parts team members
Help manage inventory levels ordering and stocking
Ensure fast accurate parts delivery to service body shop and customers
Assist customers with orders questions and issue resolution
Support pricing promotions and wholesale parts sales
Track performance sales and inventory metrics
Maintain organized inventory and efficient processes
Ensure safety standards and dealership policies are followed
Step in for Parts Manager when needed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Understand and follow federal state and local regulations applicable to industry.

Qualifications
Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
Strong leadership and team support skills
Organized with attention to detail
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in automotive parts or dealership environment preferred
Positive attitude can-do mentality confident outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
Valid drivers license for 3 years minimum and clean driving record a plus
